После охлаждени из фильтрата выпадает белый кристалличе кий осгщок - О.зонин-97. .Получают 27 (49,3%) целевого продукта, т.пл. 96, 97,. Найдено, %t С 61,46; Н 7,68; N 30,68. C,4H5JH,.. .. Вычислено, %t С о1,80; Н 7,36; N 30,87. Испытани Озонина-97 в качестве вулканизующего агента резиновых смесей на основе фторкаучука СКФ-26 провод т в сравнении с бифургином, примен емым в отечественной промышленности , и Диаком 3, который используетс в промышленности за рубежом. Дозировка Озоннна-97 (1,268 вес.ч.) выбрана на основе предварительных испытаний и сравнени его эффективности с эффективностью других производных 3(5)-метилпиразола. Дозировка Диака-3 и бифургина, рекомендуема дл применени в промышленных издели х , - 4 вес.ч. на 100 вес.ч. каучука . Дл испытани предлагаемого вулканизующего агента приготовл ют смеси на лабораторных вальцах следующего состава, вес.ч: каучук СКФ-26 100; окись магни 15,0; фторид кальци 35,0; вулканизующий аге.нт - дозировка указана выше. Смеси вулканизуют в две стадии : первую провод т в прессе при 150с в течение 30 мин, вторую - в термостате на воздухе при в течение 24 ч.
