Description
(R,O). A known method of producing phosphoric acid by mixing phosphate with 98% sulfuric acid, heating the mixture to 200-300 ° C to form a dry product, followed by extraction from it of phosphoric acid LIJ. However, with this method, the resulting product contains up to 2-3% fluorine. There is also known a method for producing phosphoric acid by mixing phosphate with sulfuric acid to form a clinker product, followed by extraction of phosphoric acid from it with water at 215-285 ° C 21. However, the product obtained by this method is also not sufficiently pure: it contains 0.32% calcium oxide, 1.53% one-and-a-half oxides and 0.54% fluorine, and the product yield is not high enough (95.5%). The purpose of the invention is to increase the purity and yield of the product. The goal is achieved by the proposed method of producing phosphoric acid, which consists in mixing phosphorite with sulfuric acid to form a clinker product, which is processed at 2 O-I 5 O C, preferably 2 O-1 O ° C, with a limited solvent, which after extraction is separated from phosphoric acid is distilled and recycled to the extraction station. The initial components are taken in quantities that ensure the ratio in the clinker product. 2 5 oa-32 (CaOH (50d) (P205) (G) + (AL) where (R, O).
