Description
Предлагаемый способ вытачивани свечных изол торов из болванок фасонным резцом позвол ет дл постепенного врезани резца в болванку при поперечной подаче устанавливать режущую кромку резца под углом к оси болванки в диаметральной ее плоскости и под определенным углом наклона. Така установка дает возможность применить механизированную подачу резца, который проходит под обрабатываемую болванку, и, следовательно , обтачивает ее за один проход. Болванка / закрепл етс на шпинделе станка обычным способом . Шпиндель вращаетс в направлении , показанном стрелкой Л на фиг. 2. Под болванкой установлен резец 2, укрепл емый на супорте. Подача резца осуществл етс от руки или самоходом. Резец 2 имеет специальную конфигурацию и режуща кромка его располагаетс под определенным углом а к оси болванки. Заточка резца выполн етс с задним углом р. Установка резца по отношению к горизонтальной плоскости осуществл етс с углом наклона у- з движение резца проходит перпендикул рно к оси изол тора, т. е. в направлении стрелки Б на фиг. 1.The pig / is fixed on the spindle of the machine in the usual way.
