1-1,500 of the Invention relates to the production of heat-resistant molding materials based on phenol-formaldehyde resins, which can be used for the manufacture of electrical and electrical products. A known polymeric press composi tion containing phenol formaldehyde resin, a complex filler consisting of a mixture of wood flour with asbestos, lithopone, methenamine, magnesium oxide or calcium, stearin and dye l. However, this press composition region does not provide enough heat resistance and dielectric properties. The aim of the invention is to increase the heat resistance and dielectric properties. This goal is achieved by the fact that wood flour and asbestos in the complex filler are in the ratio of 1: 0.9-1.2, respectively, and the press composition additionally contains a 5-15% solution of silica sil or 5-10% aqueous dispersion of aero force in the following ratio of components, parts by weight: Phenol-formaldehyde resin32-40 Complex filler 47-54 Lithopone3-4 Urotropin5-6 Magnesium oxide or calcium 1-1.5

C a Stearin 2-2,5 Dye 0.5-1.5 5-15% solution silica sol or 5-10% aqueous dispersion of aerosil 5-20 silica silica is a de-alkalized high modulus potassium (or sodium) liquid glass (aqueous colloidal solution of silicic acid mixed with alkali metal hydroxides up to 2-6 g / l) c. module 25-30 and a density of 1.061, 1 r / cMi The silica sol solution is obtained by electrodialysis treatment in an electrodialyzer with selective ion-exchange membranes. Aerosil under normal conditions is a hydrophilic highly dispersed silica with a developed surface. In the proposed composition, an aqueous dispersion of aerosil which is in the colloidal state is used. EXAMPLE 1-6. Weighed in accordance with the formulations given in table. 1, the components are mixed in the mixer. The resulting mixture is treated on rollers at 130-140 ° С at idle and at 100-110 ° С working rolls up to a yield point of 130190 mm. The rolled material is cooled, crushed and crushed in a known manner. In tab. Figure 1 shows the formulations for producing the proposed comp material. in tab. 2 shows the physicomechanical properties of the press materials obtained from isobathite.
