Description

При этом, чем больще влажность мела, тем с большим избытком про;1сходит обжнг мела в зоне раЗоТожени .When chalk is fired in shaft furnaces on lump anthracite by the pour-over method, in the heating zone, the chalk-loaded chalk is dried only by the heat of exhaust gases, since the fuel is still not burning. As a result, the reduced, due to evaporation of moisture, the weight quantity of chalk and the constant weight quantity of anthracite enter the decomposition zone. The ratio between the weight amount of chalk and anthracite varies and, in fact, roasting in the decomposition zone occurs with an increased percentage of pulverized coal: 1 wt. At the same time, the greater the moisture content of the chalk, the more abundant the pro; 1 the chalk is roasted in the CRIME zone.

The melting of chalk in the decomposition zone in such a situation becomes inevitable.

In this case, a reduction in the fuel supply is impossible, since it will create pedostatok heat for decarbonization of chalk and will not go out of the furnace.

The proposed method makes it possible to eliminate this disproportion between the amount of fuel and chalk by roasting wet chalk with n) identifying two types of fuel: fast burning and slow burning.

The fast burning fuel that burns in the preheat zone is given in the amount needed to dry the chalk; slow burning fuel burning in the decomposition zone is given in the amount necessary for decarbonization and loss coverage.

With this method of delivering fuel, the fast-burning fuel has managed to burn out earlier than it reaches the decomposition zone and in :: it decomposes the burning chalk will occur in the normal ratio to the fuel.

х.Charcoal, coke and fine anthracite can be used as a fuel of the first type, i.e. fast burning, and anthracite in large lumps can be used as a second type fuel, i.e., slowly burning.

Subject invention

The method of roasting chalk in shaft furnaces, which is a matter of fact, and also by the fact that, in order to ensure the combustion of fuel in accordance with the course of the processes of drying and decarbonization of the raw material, the fuel is introduced into the charge quickly and slowly for decarbonization.
