(54) СПООЭБ ОБРАБОТКИ ЛУБА КЕНАФА Способ осуществл етс  следующим образом . Вымоченные пр ди луба поступают под зажимной транспортер первой секции трепаль1ю-промывной машины, где под воздействием струи воды и бильных барабанов ведетс  одновременна  обработка вершинного и комлевого концов пр дей луба (Iстади  обработки) Выход  из зоны трепани , волокно передаетс  на два. параллельно расположенных зажимных транспортера. Таким образом, необработанна  средн   часть пр дей луба находитс  в горизонтальном положении, зажата  с двух сторон, где очищаетс  посредством струй воды и вибрационного механического воздействи  {2 стади  обработки). Зажим средней части пр дей с двух сторон позвол ет сохранить длинное волокно, выпадающее в отходы при обработке известным способом. Вибрациониое воздействие на среднюю часть пр ди с одновременной промывкой обеспечивает полную очистку средней части волокна от костры и других примесей.
