Description
Таким образом, применение метилентетра- гидропирана в качестве добавки к растворител м дл нитроцеллюлозных материалов позвол ет получать покрыти с хорошим физикомеханическими и декоративными свойствами: розлив ул5гчшаетс , блеск повышаетс на 3-4%.hydropyran Cg Ji Q 0, molecular weight 98, bp. 109 ° C, water solubility 25 mg / l, volatility (ethyl ether) 11.7, maximum permissible concentration of 50 mg / m Methylenetetrahydropyran content in the technical product is 95 wt.% 1 the rest is impurities (methyldihydropyran, dimethyl dioxane, methyl h-ret-butyl ether, 1-hexene, cyo-2-hexene). Methylenetetrahydropyran has, in terms of its properties — evaporation, activity, boiling point — butyl acetate and methyl isobutyl ketone. It mixes well with acetates, alcohols, aromatic hydrocarbons, ketones, ethyl cellosolve. Table. Figure 1 shows several solvent formulations for nitrocellulose paints and varnishes with the addition of methylenetetragi dropyran. In the above formulations, butyl acetate can be replaced by cyclohexanone and butyl alcohol by isobutyl alcohol, Table 1. 2 shows the properties of nitrocellulose coatings using a known mixture of solvents and solution gels containing methylene tetrahydropyran as an additive. Thus, the use of methylenetetrahydropyran as an additive to solvents for nitrocellulose materials makes it possible to obtain coatings with good physical and decorative properties: the filling is improved, the gloss is increased by 3-4%.
