Description

A known method of cleaning waste under the oil by electrolysis. The current density at the cathode is 6.2-10 - 1.1 10 A / dm and the cathode is placed horizontally and the anodes are suspended vertically 1. This method is closest to the invention in its technical essence. However, the method requires the presence of an expensive installation and does not provide waste oil treatment to the maximum permissible concentration of 10 mg / l. In order to increase the degree of purification, the wastewater is subjected to electrolysis in a cell with vertically arranged electrodes at a current density of 0.5--3.0 A / dm2, preferably 1.0-2.0 A / dm, the oil and water are separated, again treated at a current density of 0.5–0.8 A / dm 2, preferably 0.1–0.2 A / dm, with the p11 of the wastewater being maintained at 5–7. The method is carried out as follows. Wastewater containing oil, in particular, an emulsion of an oil to water, is subjected to electrolysis in a cell with vertically arranged electrodes at a current density of 0.5 to 3.0 A / dm, preferably 1.0–2.0 A / dm. At the same time, most of the dissolving hydrophobic parts of the mole (cules in the oil droplets of anionic or cationic active emulsifiers are neutralized on the anode or cathode so that the repulsive forces between the droplets of oil disappear and these droplets can be unobstructedly combined into larger droplets of oil that can faster lifting in the wave phase. The oil is separated, the water is subjected to secondary electrolysis, carried out at lower current densities - 0.5-0.8 A / dm. Contained in the aqueous phase, which feeds the first stage, residual The emulsifiers can be almost completely neutralized with a slight mixing of the water phase being cleaned. Under the effect of the gases released during electrolysis, the oil easily forms groups of caps 11 that can be quickly and easily separated from the water (). As a result, the oil-containing effluent water can be otchimimpy from oil to the maximum permissible oil crescenter. Oil droplets rise up naturally and thus create especially favorable prerequisites for
