Description
The invention relates to medical technology, namely to surgical materials. A synthetic suture-based surgical suture material, which is a needle-thread combination 1, is known. However, this material does not provide for an easy and reliable removal of the thread from the needle. The purpose of the invention is to provide easy removal of the thread from the needle. This goal is achieved in that the thread is a braided fibrous material compressed in a needle, the end of which is coated with a synthetic resin, such as epoxy resin. FIG. 1 shows a schematic of impregnation of a fibrous material with a resin; in fig. 2 - elements of the device for compressing the material in the needle; in fig. 3 - the scheme of compression of a suture surgical material. The thread is braided fibrous material 1 compressed in needle 2, the end 3 of which is coated with a synthetic resin such as epoxy resin. Suture surgical material was prepared as follows. The fibrous material 1, wound on the frame 4, is immersed in the tank 5 with the resin solution for 5 minutes to ensure the penetration of the resin into the spaces between the turns. The frame is then removed from the solution and is exposed to air at room temperature. Next, cut the coils along the frame and thus receive material 1, the end 3 of which is coated with resin. The compression of the material is carried out as follows. The needle 2, having a drilled raft 6, is placed on the anvil 7 and hit the hammer 8. The stops .9 and 10 on the hammer and the anvil restrict the movement of the hammer and the anvil, thereby adjusting the size of the gap and the degree of deformation of the needle during compression. Example 1. A bundle of black braided slit 4/0 in size, with a diameter of approximately 0.191 ± 0.0076 mm, is wound on a frame with a width of approximately 48.26-6.35 mm under tension of approximately 272 g using a device. One end of the frame is immersed in a xylene tank to remove from the braid any grease used in the braid. The frame is removed from the tank, and the xylene is evaporated from the braided silk at room temperature. The end of the frame, washed with xylene, is immersed in a tank with a resin solution containing 18% by weight of a linear saturated polymer of simple ether with a molecular web of 20,000-30000 and a rsM temperature of ghenium characterized in the ring device; the ball is 158 ° C. The frame is immersed at an eye depth of 25.4-6.35 mm for about 5 minutes. Next, the frame is removed from the resin solution and dried in air at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. Then, the threads are removed from the frame by cutting m along lines A - AI and B - B. the length of the resin-coated end is about 25.4 - 6.35 mm, and its diameter is 1.905 mm, optically determined.
