Description
8.The coil is on resistors 6, 7 from the control transistor 8, the Emitter of which is connected to the ground bus, and the base through a divider on the resistors 9, 10 with the bus 11 control signals. The connection point of the resistor 4 with the collector of the transistor 5 is connected via a resistor 12 to the base of the second switched transistor 13, the emitter of which is connected to the ground bus through a resistor 14, and the collector through a resistor 15 to a power bus. The commutators of switched transistors 1 and 13 are connected via diodes 16, 17 and resistors 18, 19 to supply buses of opposite polarities and through zener diodes 20, 21 to the bases of transistors 22, 23 of an output push-pull emitter follower, whose collectors are connected to buses via resistors 24, 25 power supply, and emitters - to the bus 26 output signals. The common point of the diodes 27, 28 is connected to the collector of the key transistor 29, the emitter of which is connected to earth ground, and the base is connected to the base of the control transistor 8 via a phase-shifting chain consisting of a resistor 30 and a capacitor 31.
The switch works as follows.
When the negative polarity control signals arrive on the bus, the transistor 8 opens and a potential is established at the base of transistor 5 at which the amplifying mode current flows through transistor 1. At the same time, a potential is established at the collector of transistor 5, which determines the amplifying mode of operation of transistor 13. At the same time, equal potentials and opposite polarities of potentials that are applied to semiconductor diodes 16, 17 are set at the collectors of switched transistors 1 and 13. polarity coincides with the potentials at the collectors of transistors 1 and 13. The magnitude of the potentials depends on the type of zener diodes 20, 21 and should be sufficient to open the diodes 16, 17. This ensures The uninterrupted supply of input signals to the bases of transistors 22, 23 of the output push-pull emitter follower, the amplifier mode of which is provided by potentials established at the junction points of the diodes 27, 28 with zener diodes 20, 21. from sources of opposite polarities, compensated at the junction point of the emitters. Thus, on the output signal bus 26, a DC potential is zero. The same control signal arriving at the bus 11 simultaneously closes the key transistor 29, which prevents shunting of the switched signal in the open switch.
When positive polarity control sigal arrives on bus 11, transistors 8 and 5 are closed and the power supply circuit of Traizistor 1 is interrupted, thus causing it to close. On the collector of transistor 5, a potential is established that covers the switched transistor 13. At the collectors of transistors 1 and 13, potentials close to the voltage of opposite polarity potentials are installed, exceeding potentials at the junction points of resistors 18, 19 with zener diodes 20, 21. This potential drop closes the diodes 16, 17, which significantly increases the attenuation of the input signal in a closed switch. Attenuation
11.even more increases due to the shunting of the signal by the key transistor 29, which is opened by a polarized control signal fed to the busbar 11.
The potentials at the bases of the transistors 22, 23 of the output push-pull emitter follower remain unchanged, which ensures that the zero potential at the output of the switch is the same as in the on state.
To eliminate emissions at the output of the switch when switching to the control path of the key transistor 29, a phase-shifting circuit is turned on.
Устранение коммзтационной помехи на выходе при коммутации и увеличение затухани сигнала в закрытом состо нии уменьшает требовани к св занной с коммутатором аппаратуре и значительно расшир ет сферу его применени .Eliminating the switching disturbance at the output during switching and increasing the attenuation of the signal in the closed state reduces the requirements for equipment associated with the switch and greatly expands its scope.
