(54) MASS HEAT EXCHANGE DEVICE
19.to drain the liquid from the canada section by means of external overflow pipes P connecting the outlet and the entrance of the adjacent sections. The gas inlet into the apparatus and the outlet from the apparatus are carried out respectively through fittings 18 and 19.
The device works as follows. The working gas flow is fed through the choke 18 to the nile; the first part of the apparatus, it passes through the peripheral e 4, central 5 nozzles of the injection plate, while the potential energy of the stream is converted into the kinetic energy of the annular and central jet, due to which in the chambers 14, 15 relative vacuum is created. The gas enters the nozzles of the overlying injection plate connected through the inlet nozzles 12 and 13, the outlet 16 and the overflow pipe 17 s / s of the inertial separator 9, from which a forced flow of liquid from the overlying section into the underlying section occurs due to the relative vacuum. The gas-liquid stream, the exit from the nozzles 4, 5 of the overlying injection plate, enters the space bounded by the plate 7 and the nozzle S, where the fine dispersion of the liquid occurs and a uniform distribution of the flow over the entire cross section. Next, the gas-liquid stream passes the plate 7 and fluidizes the nozzle 8. The nozzle layer provides for the retention of liquid droplets in the cross section of the apparatus and the additional renewal of the contact surface of the phases with coarser droplets. In the inertial separator 9, the gas and liquid phases are separated due to a sharp decrease in the flow rate. The establishment of the grid W and the partition // prevents the nozzle from being ejected from section n, which facilitates its return to the fluidized bed. The fluid is removed from the apparatus through the spout 16 of the lower section. Gas, partially saturated with liquid, enters the underlying section; a similar process takes place here. Inside the section, upward continuous flow of the liquid and gas phases takes place with a common countercurrent. The number of sections is determined by the technological parameters.
