Description

(54) СПОСОБ ИЗГОТОВЛЕНИЯ ОБРЕЗИНЕННОГО ПОЛОТНА С УГЛОВЫМ РАСПОЛОЖЕНИЕМ АРМИРУЮЩИХ НИТЕЙ
вают поперек ленту 1 режущим устройством 5, образу  заднюю кромку «в участка «а. Затем рабочую поверхность стыковочного стола 3 перемещают в направлении отбора готового полотна (на фиг. 1 влево) на шаг, равный ширине подаваемой обрезиненной ленты 1. Затем подают к стыковочному столу 3 следующий участок «г ленты 1, располага  его продольные кромки «д параллельно продольным кромкам предыдущего участка «а, укладывают участок «г на стыковочный стол с нахлестом по продольной кромке с предыдущим участком «а, фиксиру  при этом его переднюю кромку на одном уровне с передней кромкой «б участка «а, и стыкуют их. Далее осуществл ют под заданным углом поперечный раскрой ленты на уровне задне й кромки «в предыдущего участка «а. Длина участков «а и «г соответствует щирине изготавливаемого полотна 6. Затем рабочую поверхность стыковочного стола 3 вновь перемещают влево на щаг, равный щирине подаваемой обрезиненной ленты, и на стыковочный стол аналогично укладывают следующий участок обрезиненной ленты 1. Состыкованное обрезиненное полотно 6 имеет заданное угловое расположение армирующих нитей 2 (см. фиг. 2). Последовательные участки ленты 1 непрерывно укладывают на стыковочный стол, состыковыва  их в полотно 6, и отбирают непрерывно последнее.

Claims (3)

1. Способ изготовлени  обрезиненного полотна с угловым расположением армирующих
нитей, включающий подачу обрезиненной ленты с продольным расположением армирующих нитей, укладку ее на имеющий транспортирующую рабочую поверхность стыковочный
стол с параллельным расположением продольных кромок предыдущего и последующих уча стков ленты, стыковку последних по продольным кромкам с образованием полотна с угловым расположением армирующих нитей, резку дл  получени  заданной ширины полотна и отбор последнего, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью получени  точно заданного углового расположени  армирующих нитей в полотне , резку дл  получени  заданной щирины
полотна производ т после укладки каждого последующего участка ленты к предыдущему на стыковочный стол путем поперечного раскро  ленты на уровне задней кромки предыдущего участка под заданным углом на отрезки
с длиной, равной щирине изготавливаемого полотна, при этом переднюю кромку последующего участка ленты фиксируют на одном уровне с аналогичной кромкой предыдущего участка ленты.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийс  тем, что стыковку осуществл ют на стыковочном столе с плоской рабочей поверхностью.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийс  тем, что рабочую поверхность стыковочного стола
перемещают в направлении отбора полотна на щаг, равный щирине подаваемой ленты.
