Description
(54) ПЛАСТМАССОВЫЙ ОБОГРЕВАТЕЛЬ
Изобретение относитс к отопительным приборам и предназначено дл использова ни в системах вод ного отоплени . Известен отопительный прибор дл тер мопластичного материала, жестко закрепленный на опорах 1. Известен также пластмассовый обогре ватель, содержащий вертикальные трубы и горизонтальные сборные коллекторы, кр ление которых к стене осуществл етс на кронштейнах 2 . Недостатком указанного обогревател вл етс низка прочность и надежность креплени вследствие того, что жесткое исполнение последнего не позвол ет комп сировать значительное тепловое расширение пластмассовых обогревателей. Цель изобретени - повьпдение прочности и надежности креплени . Это достигаетс тем, что коллекторы предлагаемого обогревател снабжены вьщ ленными перемычками с вставленными в дих распорными пробками дл креплени обогревател к стене. На фиг. 1 изображен предлагаемый обогреватель с детал ми соединени , вид сзади; на фиг. 2 - сечение А-А на фиг. 1 ( I вариант выполнени ); на фиг, 3 то же ( II вариант выполнени ). Обогреватель содержит вертикальные трубки 1, подключенные к сборным коллекторам 2. Сборные коллекторы 2 снабжены выдавленными перемычками 3 с одной кли обеих сторон. Перемычки 3 могут быть выполнены с круглым или овальным сечением. Дл креплени обогревател на стене в перемычки 3 вставлены распорные пробки 4, которые креп тс к кронштейнам 5 упругими скобами 6, допускающими продольное перемещение. К распорным пробкам 4, которые могут быть вьшолнены дюбелеобразными (см. фиг. 2 и 3), с помошью винта прикреплены уголки 8, подвижно установленные на кронштейнах 9, На передней стороне обогревател на распорных пробках 4 укреплена облицовка 10. Основным преимуществом изобретени вл етс повышение надежности .и прочности креплени , что увеличивает долговечность работы обогревател .
