Известное устройство дл срезки свай, включающее режущие ножи, соединенные между собой посредством силового цилиндра, не обеспечивает высокую производительность в виду того, что при срезке используетс только статическое давление, развиваемое силовым цилиндром.The known device for cutting piles, including cutting knives interconnected by means of a power cylinder, does not provide high performance due to the fact that during cutting only static pressure developed by the power cylinder is used.

Устройство состоит из двух горизонтально установленных режущих ножей 1, соединенных между собой посредством щарнира 2, установленного на кронштейне 3 базовой машины . Режущие ножи 1 снабжены клиновидными зубь ми 4, гидроцилиндром 5, соединенным с ножами 1 посредством оси 6, и дебалансными вибраторами 7. Дебалансные вибраторы 7 привод тс во вращение от шдромотора 8, смонтированного на кронштейне 3, с помощью цепной передачи, при этом ось вала гидромотора совпадает с осью шарнира режущих ножей 2. Дл обеспечени манппулировани устройством дл срезки свай оно может быть св зано с базовой машиной, например , посредством механизма параллелограммного типа.The device consists of two horizontally mounted cutting knives 1, interconnected by means of a joint 2 mounted on the bracket 3 of the base machine.
