Description
Механическа прочность железистых цементов в композиции с железорудным окатышем показана в таблице.lead, equal in each party, respectively (in weight .Jo): OD; 0.2; 0.3; 0.4; 0.5; 0.6; 0.8; 1.0 The reinforcing properties of ferrous cements were determined in combination with iron ore materials. The compositions were composed of 20% of the ferrous cement of each batch and the finely dispersed iron ore concentrate KMA. The cementing properties were studied on pressed briquettes-cylinders with a diameter of 2 mm and a height of 20 mm. The pressing pressure was 800 kg / cm. briquettes based on ferrous cements hardened on the air during the day, or when steaming at 80 ° C for 2 + 6 + 2 hours, or during autoclaving at 8 atm for 2 + 6 + 2 hours. The results of physico-mechanical tests of briquettes are given in the table. The mechanical strength of the proposed ferrous cement in the composition with fine iron ore concentrate is significantly higher than the strength of the known ferrous cement in the composition with the same concentrate under all hardening conditions. The mechanical strength of ferrous cements in the composition with an iron ore pellet is shown in the table.
