дитс  пневмоцилиндрами 17-22, управл емыми с выбранной последовательностью программным командоаппаратом. Устройство работает следующим образом . Циферблат 2 устанавливаетс  вручную на приспособление 1, затем включаетс командоаппарат. При этом плунжер 11с резервуаром 12 опускаетс  пнeвмoцилнщ ром 17 до упора нижним торцом резерву&ра 12 в поверхность матрицы 5, После подъема плунжера на матрице остаетс  определенна  доза краски 16. Это происходит 3ji счет того, что плунжер 11 давит на краску, наход5пцуюс  между его торцом |и дном резервуара 12. Краска продавливает с   через каналы 14 и заполн ет угловую прорезь 15. Резервуар выполнен из фторопласте ., сцешшемость краски с поверхностью которого значительно меньше, чем с поверхностью матрицы 5. Поэтому после подъема плунжера 11 доза краски 16 поформе близка  к треугольной призме., остат етс  на матрице. В дальнейшем пневмоцилиндром 18 шпатель 10 опускаетс  на поверхность матрицы 5, а последн   со столом 4 перемещаетс  пневмоцилиндром 19 вправо до упора . В конце этого перемещени  шпатель 10 захватывает дозу краски 16, которой он в следующем цикле работы устройства заполнит углублени  матрицы 5, сн в излишки. Тампон 7 пневмоцилиндром 2 О опускаетс  на за нксированную- матрицу 5 и при подъ. ме пневмоцилиндром 21 забирает из ее утлубле|1ий краску, пс1слечегостол4 отпневмоцилиндра 22 уходит в исходное положение влево.
