По периферии барабана 1 вьшолнены пазы 4 (напрнмер, шесть), располох енные на одинаковом расс-ю в   один от другого параллельно ос м цапф 2 и 3. В каждый паз 4 вставлен нож 5 квафатного сечени , удержнваемый накладкамн 6 н 7. Концы цапф 2 н 3 установлены в опорах 8 н 9 ггри помощи ша жкоподшипников 10 н 11. Бара&ш 1 приводитс  во вращение через од из цапф, например через папфу 3, так, чтобы барабан вращалс  с заданной скоростью. Барабан I с ножами S установлен над опорным барабаном 12, имеющим по окружности пазы 13. В ка едом пазу размещен вкладыщ 14, несущий ось 15 н два штифта 16 н 17, расположенные выпю и симме рично относ тельно 15 (см. ф г.З) опорно1Х элемента 18, взаимодействующего в определенные моменты с ножамн 5 при вращении барабана 1. Опорный элемент 18 посажен на ось 15 и омонгарован на ней с возможностью качани  в радиальной плоскости барабана. В опорном элементе 18 имеютс  отверсти , в которых размещаютс  штифты 16 и 17 вкладыша, причем штифты вход т в отвер сти  с зазором, который обеспечивает возможность качани  опорного элемента на оси 15 в определенных пределах. Барабан 12 сидит на ведущем валу 19 дл  приведени  барабана во вращение. Во врем  работы непрерывное бумажное полот но 20 (см. фнг. 2 ) подаетс  на опорный барабан 12 подающим механнзмом 21, который имеет несколько меньшую окружную скорость, чем барабан 12, что создает необходимое нат жение бумажного полотна 20. Скорости вращени  барабанов 1 и 12 и подающего механизма 21 синхронизированы дл  обеслеченн  резки бумажного полотна 20 на определенные отрезки. Бумажное полотно удерживаетс  на барабане 12 путем присасывани  ее через отверсти , выполненные на окружности барабана (ие показаBjbi ). Когда от полотна отрезан лист необходимой 1ушаы, полотно продвигаетс  с окружной скоростью барабана. В результате создаетс  интервал во времени ме цу последовательными отрезаемыми листами полотна. В зависимосга от толщины бумаги ос1|«  ножей регулируютс  на переменный радиус ОА (см., фиг. 1), но всегда несколько больщий рассто нн  ОВ от поверхности барабана 12 дл  создани  необходимого давлени  дл  разрезани  бумаги. Это небольша  разницд межцу рассто ни ми ОАи ОВ ком пенсируетс  изгнбанием папф 2 и 3. Бели оси барабанов 1 и 12 ие строго парал ельнымн, то опорный злемент 18 начнет поворачиватьс  вокруг оси 15 так, что внешн   поверхность опорного элемента будет строго параллельна острию ножа 5, что обеспечит точную резку бумажного полотна 20.
