Изобретение касаетс  нового химическо го соединени , а именно N -окиси полиэтиленпиперазина формулы N Х-СН2- 2Н2 о о где л 5О-4ОО. N -Окись полиэтиленпиперазина  вл етс  физиологически а тивным веществом и может быть использована дл  лечени  и профилактики силикоза. Известен способ получени  полимерных N -окисей, например N -окиси поли-2поли-4-винилпирвдина , которые  вл ютс  и гибиторами экспериментального силикоза. О нако N -окиси поливинилпиридина содержат токсичное дл  организма пиридиновое  дро и, будучи устойчивыми к биодеструкци накапливаютс  в организме, что приводит к новообразовани м. Известен также способ получени  полимерной N -окиси 1,2-этиленпиперидина и 1,2-метиленпирролидина, макромолекулы ко торых содержат гетероатом азота в основной цепи и не имеют токсичных пиридиновых  дер. Синтез указанных веществ св зан с большими трудност ми из-за недоступности исходных компонентов. С целью расширени  класса биологически активных веществ, обладающих противосиликсзной активностью и самодеструктирующих в организме, синтезировано новое вещество - N -окись полиэтиленпиперазина, содержаща  активную N -окисную группу в основной цепи макромолекулы. Наличие в полимерной цепи св зи С N - О способствует биодеструкции полимера до низкомолекул рных продуктов, способных выводитьс  из организма, N -Окись полиэтиленпиперазина синтезируют из легко доступного мономера, который выпускают в промышленных масштабах. N-Окись полиэтиленпиперазина получают окислением полиэтиленпиперазина 30%-ной перекисью водорода в разбавленных слабокислых водных или водноспиртовых растворах . The synthesis of these substances is associated with great difficulties due to the unavailability of the starting components. In order to expand the class of biologically active substances with antisilictic activity and self-destructing in the body, a new substance has been synthesized - N-polyethylene piperazine containing the active N-oxide group in the macromolecule main chain. The presence in the polymer chain of the C – N – O bond contributes to the biodegradation of the polymer to low molecular weight products that can be eliminated from the body; N-Polyethylene piperazine oxide is synthesized from an easily available monomer, which is produced commercially. Polyethylene piperazine N-oxide is obtained by oxidation of polyethylene piperazine with 30% hydrogen peroxide in dilute weakly acidic aqueous or hydroalcoholic solutions.
