23.through the switchgear 22 in the form of valves, and in the drain line an adjustable non-replenishing safety valve 23 is installed.
The press works in the following way.
In the cavity formed by parts 4 and 7 of the stamp, blank 20 is placed. After lowering, closing and locking the dies and the pressing force applied to the slider 1 (Fig. 1), the feeding of the cavities of the hydraulic cylinders 8 and 9 is started, and the plungers 10 and 11 begin move to the center of the press. At the same time, a high (predetermined) pressure fluid is supplied into the cavity of the cylinder 16. The calculated stabilizing force PC created on the plunger 17 is transmitted through the yoke 18 via the thrust rod 18. This causes the movement of the plunger 10 and the punch 14 to the press center to slow down, and the movement of the plunger 11 with the punch 15 continues. Touching the workpiece 20, the punch 15 begins to deform it with some variable force RP. At the same time, the pressure in the system of cylinders 8 and 9 increases as the deformation pressure increases. Accordingly, the RP force on plungers and punches is growing. At this moment, the return of the punch is prevented by interchangeable stops 19 positioned on the belts. With a further increase in pressure in the system of cylinders 8 and 9, there comes a time when the specific pressures under the punch 14, depending on the process required, become equal to the specific pressure of the nodes punch 15 or exceed them. In the latter case, the punch 14 begins to move forward, and the punch 15 moves back.
In the case of creating a force using the available return cylinders, the power of the right-hand cylinder 16 is supplied through a switchgear 22, the driver of which, during the working stroke of the plunger 10, disconnects the cavity of the cylinder 16 from the common system of return cylinders, switching the latter through the safety valve 23 drain In doing so, the valve 23 is adjusted to maintain a predetermined pressure in the cavity of the cylinder 16.
