Изобретение относитс к импульсной технике . Известен генератор импульсов, содержащий зар дный ключ на негатроне с S-образной вольт-амперной характеристикой, соединенный последовательно с интегрирующим конденсатором , токостабилизирующий транзистор, коллектор которого подключен к точке соединени зар дного ключа и интегрирующего конденсатора , а в цепь эмиттера которого включей резистор. Цель изобретени - повыщение стабильности частоты выходных импульсов. В предлагаемом генераторе импульсов это достигаетс тем, что в него введен пиковый детектор, состо щий из двух диодов и конденсатора , причем точка соединени диодов пикового детектора подключена к коллектору токостабилизирующего транзистора через дополнительный конденсатор, а выход пикового детектора подключен к базе токостабилизирующего транзистора. На чертеже приведена принципиальна электрическа схема предлагаемого генератора . Генератор содержит зар дный ключ 1 на негатроне с S-образной характеристикой, интегрирующий конденсатор 2, токостабилизирующий транзистор 3, резистор 4, пиковый детектор 5, состо щий из диодов 6, 7 и конденсаторов 8, 9. Принцип работы предлагаемого генератора заключаетс в следующем. В процессе зар да конденсатора 2 через негатрон и его последующего разр да на конденсаторе 2 формируютс импульсы. Импульсы имеют пилообразную форму, так как разр д производитс коллекторным током транзистора 3 /к, почти не завис щим от коллекторного напр жени . В этом случае, как известно , период Т колебаний равен С(г7вкл- /ост) где С - величина конденсатора 2; вкл - напр жение на закрытом ключе 1; - напр жение на открытом ключе 1. Коллекторный ток /к транзистора 3 равен „ UQ 6э а - коэффициент передачи эмиттерного где тока; UQ - напр жение на базе транзистора (снимаемое с пикового детектора); t/бэ - напр жение на эмиттерном переходе транзистора;The invention relates to a pulse technique. A pulsed generator containing a charging switch on a negatron with an S-shaped current-voltage characteristic, connected in series with an integrating capacitor, a current stabilizing transistor, whose collector is connected to the connection point of the charging switch and integrating capacitor, and which includes a resistor in the emitter circuit, is known. The purpose of the invention is to increase the frequency stability of the output pulses. In the proposed pulse generator, this is achieved by inserting a peak detector consisting of two diodes and a capacitor, the junction point of the peak detector is connected to the collector of the current stabilizing transistor through an additional capacitor, and the output of the peak detector is connected to the base of the current-stabilizing transistor. The drawing shows the principal electrical circuit of the proposed generator. The generator contains a charging switch 1 on a negatron with an S-shaped characteristic, an integrating capacitor 2, a current stabilizing transistor 3, a resistor 4, a peak detector 5 consisting of diodes 6, 7 and capacitors 8, 9. The principle of operation of the proposed generator is as follows. In the process of charging the capacitor 2 through the negatron and its subsequent discharge, pulses are formed on the capacitor 2. The pulses have a sawtooth shape, since the discharge is produced by the collector current of a 3 / k transistor, which is almost independent of the collector voltage. In this case, as is well known, the period T of the oscillations is equal to C (r7incl - / Ost) where C is the value of the capacitor 2; on is the voltage on the closed key 1; - voltage on the open key 1. The collector current / to the transistor 3 is equal to „UQ 6e а - the transfer coefficient of the emitter where <current; UQ is the voltage at the base of the transistor (taken from the peak detector); t / be is the voltage across the emitter junction of the transistor;
э - сопротивление резистора 4; /ко - обратный ток коллектора транзистора 3.e - resistance of resistor 4; / ko - reverse collector current of transistor 3.
Выходное напр жение пикового детектора с закрытым входом практически равно амплитуде импульсов, поступающих на вход.The output voltage of a peak detector with a closed input is almost equal to the amplitude of the pulses arriving at the input.
Thus, if we neglect the small voltage drop on diodes 6 and 7, small / ko and accept, the oscillation period does not depend on the supply voltage f / on and UOCT In actual conditions, the stability stability exceeds 2 times in comparison with the unstabilized circuit .
Указанный выигрыщ достигаетс за счет автоматического поддержани разр дного тока /к пропорциональным разности (f/вкл- - f/оот) ключа 1. При этом период колебаний зависит только от величины конденсатора 2 и резистора 4.This gain is achieved by automatically maintaining the discharge current / k proportional to the difference (f / on- - f / oot) of the key 1. In this case, the oscillation period depends only on the size of the capacitor 2 and the resistor 4.
