Description

д.The invention relates to the technology of manufacturing pipe assemblies and pipelines and can be used to obtain tightly-dense pipe joints from dissimilar or homogeneous materials in the power industry, chemical industry, mechanical engineering, etc.
A known method of obtaining a permanent joint of pipes from dissimilar materials by preheating a coupling which is applied to the pipe joints, which, by reducing its dimensions in the axial direction, creates a force that squeezes its pipe ends.
However, with this method, it is necessary to preheat the sleeve to high temperatures, at which active oxidation of some metals occurs (for example, zirconium, tantalum, beryllium, etc.) from which the connected pipes are made. In addition, it is not possible to adjust the force of tightening of the pipe ends.
Целью изобретени вл етс повышение плотности и прочности соединени труб, изготовленных из разнородных материалов, и обеспечение возможности изменени контактного давлени в процессе эксплуатации соединени .The aim of the invention is to increase the density and strength of the connection of pipes made of dissimilar materials, and to provide the possibility of changing the contact pressure during operation of the connection.
This is achieved by the fact that the coupling is subjected to thermoplastic deformation. For this, the coupling is installed at the joints of the connecting pipes in a cold state, after which it is dried, heating its individual sections, for example, by applying circular welded seams with subsequent cooling. The proposed method provides for the possibility of restoring the desired value of contact pressure in order to reduce it during operation of the joint operation by imposing additional welds. Heating of the outer sleeve can be carried out not only by the overlap of welds, but also by other heat sources, daiush, they have a sharply uneven temperature distribution along the axis of the sleeve. With uneven heating, the phenomenon of auto-pressing occurs, concluding in the shrinkage of the metal in the zone of thermoplastic deformations.
