After 2O-ZOmin the mixture is discharged. The resulting primer is a red syrupy liquid with a viscosity of 8 ° -ZOOSvk due to the adhesion of the primer to the refined and degreased metal of the Art. 3 is 4, O-4.8 kg / cm. It withstands temperature differences from -40 ° C to 4-lOO C. Example2. According to the technology indicated in Example 1, 220 g of toluene, chlorine-free chlorine-containing zoo, 100 g of chloroparaffin, 130 g of black sa / liquor, epoxy resin ZO, boiled turpentine and ZO mixture of melamine and cyanuric acid are loaded into the mixer. After 4 minutes stirring, the mixture is discharged. The soil obtained is a thick, syrupy black liquid with a viscosity of 8O. to Zoosek on OT-4. The adhesion to metal is 5.05, 5 kg / cm. Maintains difference of temperatures from -40 ° С to + 100 ° С. Example 3. A 4O4 g of toluene, 16Og of chlorinated natural rubber, 40 g of chloroparamine, 35 g of iron oxide, 5 g of magnesium oxide, 6 g of epoxy resin are loaded into the mixer, and the mixture is stirred until the rubber is completely dissolved. 240 g of ethyl acetate, 10 OOP of turpentine and 5 g of a mixture of cyanuric acid and melamine are added to the mixture. After 30 minutes of stirring, the mixture is discharged. The soil is a red (syrupy, liquid, has a viscosity of 80 to 3,000 sec according to VZ-4. Adhesion to metal is 6, O-7.5 kg / cm. Withstands temperature differences from 4 to 10 ° C C. Example 4. (control). Prepared with glue sublayer according to the technology similar to example 1, of the following composition: Chlorinated natural rubber 16.0 Chlorine paraffin4.0 Iron oxide 3.5 Mg oxide 0.5 Epoxy resin mark ED-2O0.6 Solvent or mixture of solvents75.4 Example 5 (control). Prepared by adhesive sublayer according to the technology similar to example 1, according to the following Use: Chlorinated natural rubber 16.0 Chloroparaffin4.0 Iron oxide3.5 Magnesium oxide 0.5 Epoxy resin 0.6 Melamine 0.25 Solvent or mixture of solvents75,15 Example 6 (control) Prepare glue sublayer according to the technology similar to example 1, according to The following formula: Chlorinated natural kaupuk 16.0 Chlorine paraffin4.0 Iron oxide3.5 Magnesium oxide 0.5 Epoxy resin 0.6 Cyanuric acid 0.25 Solvent or solvent mixture75,15 Prepared according to examples 1-6, apply a brush to the metal surface of the bath in advance purified shot ruy method and fat free. The primer is dried for 24 hours, after which, glue based on chloroprene rubber is applied to its surface and the lining material is glued. After gluing, the bath is filled with water for 24 hours to completely cure the soil and glue. The physicomechanical parameters of the glue knot are given in the table. As can be seen from the table, the adhesive sublayer is characterized by increased adhesion to the metal. Corrosion resistance and provides increased bonding strength. Soil is widely used in electroplating for lining works. : Higher / corrosion resistant allows the use of primer and as a coating in equipment operating at high humidity.
