Сначала готов т раствор каучзка СКН-10-1А в эпоксидной смоле ЭД-16.Смолу ЭД-16 разогревают на вод ной бане до температуры 60-70 С и ввод т необходимое количество каучука. Массу периодически перемешивают до однор одного состо ни в течение 2-3 ч. б полу ченную смесь внос т растворитель. В зкость смеси по вискозиметру ВЗ-1 2540 с. Перед употреблением в смесь смолы с каучуком добавл ют расчетное количество полиэтиленпалиамина, перемешивают до однородного состо ни , а затем эту массу перемешивают с раствором эмали КО-174.
