FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to fish farming, in particular, to methods for de-gluing fish eggs.

There is a method of degumming fish eggs, which consists in mixing them with an aqueous suspension containing an adhesive agent, followed by washing with water.

In order to improve the quality of the de-gluing of the roe and thereby reduce its incrustation with the fungus saprolegnia, talc is used as the de-gluing agent.

The essence of the invention is that live fish-inoculated inseminated fish eggs are glued in a previously prepared aqueous suspension of talc with a concentration of 3-15 g / l by thoroughly mixing with it, and then the fish eggs are washed with clean water.

Example. To gum a single batch of artificially inseminated carp caviar, an aqueous suspension of talc is prepared at the rate of 100 g of talc and 10 g of salt per 10 l of usually pond or river water. All components are thoroughly stirred for 1-2 minutes. The prepared aqueous suspension of talc in the amount of 8-10 liters is poured into a container in which they will be degummed. Then, inseminated fish eggs from a measuring cup with a volume of 1-1.5 liters are poured with a powerful jet into the container, with smooth movements of a bird feathers, eggs are mixed in an aqueous suspension of talc in order to avoid gluing the eggs together. Such movements are further continuously continued for 20-25 minutes. After that, the eggs are washed from the degumming solution with clean water. Eggs, powdered after this procedure with fine particles of talc, lose stickiness and become separated from one another.
