Description
The invention relates to the microbiological industry and can be used in the production of pathogenic bacterial preparations based on microorganisms of the Sacitias thuringiensis group. A known method for producing a bacterial preparation in which the cultivation of microorganisms is carried out in deep conditions on a liquid nutrient medium, where corn source or corn yeast or fodder yeast is used as a source of nitrogen, and glucose or other products containing carbohydrates is a source of carbohydrates. At the end of the process, the microbial biomass is separated at the separators, and the undersized liquid (the fugate) is drained to the sewage system, as a result of which the nutrient medium ingredients are used incompletely and discharged from the fugates to be a waste, producing a large amount of industrial effluent (per ton 49 tons of wastewater), 11el of the invention - a more complete use of nutrient medium ingredients and the elimination of industrial effluents. This aim is achieved in that the culturing bacterial entomopathogenic microorganisms fidc group, fturwjiertSis are in a closed cycle, that is. E. On the centrate obtained after growth of a microorganism in the known method, cultured yeast of genus Caudlda or Clostridlu-m pasterianttm, d on the obtained hydrochloric suspension microorganisms re-grow the original culture. Example. After the growth of entomopathogenic microorganisms by the method described above and the separation of biomass on separators, the resulting centrate is collected in a container of the required volume and sterilized by steam in the usual way (1 atm for 1-1.5 hours). If the centrate contains at least 40 mg /% amino nitrogen, O, 5- > -1% carbohydrates (glucose, starch, cornmeal, etc.) are added to it and sterilized again. If the centrate contains less than 4O mg /% amino nitrogen, the amine content
