Затем цикл повтор етс .The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure and is intended for radial stamping of the housings of taps, countersinks and similar products. A stamp is known for radial stamping of forgings with center holes, containing a sectional matrix mounted on the bottom plate, placed in the casing, and a core cork, as well as a core mounted in the movable top plate. The disadvantage of such a stamp is the difficulty of removing the plug. . In order to eliminate this drawback, the proposed stamp is equipped with a cork removal unit, made in the form of a hinged pin in the bottom plate, a lever that interacts with a wedge located in the groove of the bottom plate, and the plug is rigidly fixed on the lever coaxially with the matrix. Figl shows the proposed yggamp in the working position; in fig. the same at the time of removal of the forging; on fig.Z - matrix, top view. A stamp for radial punching, contains the upper plate 1 with a ring 2 attached to it. In the case of the pressure ring 2, there is a cup 3 with a package of disc springs 4. On the underside of the cup 3, the nut is fixed with the nut 5 b. In the middle part of the punch there is a holder 7 with wedge grooves in which the wedge holders .8 of the matrix 9 are located. The profile of the working part of the matrix 9 corresponds to the shape of the forged piece 10. Forming 7 is pressed into the band 11. Four of the bushings 12 are pressed into the holder 7, which move along guide columns 13, which are pressed into the bottom plate 14. In the bottom plate 14 there is 15 with a tapered bore, which includes a conical stopper 16 of the bottom core. The plug 16 is fixed in the lever 17, which rotates on the axis 18. In the lower plate and in the insert there is a rectangular groove in which the wedge 19 is connected, which is connected to a pneumatic cylinder (not shown). In the initial position (Fig. 2), the upper part of the stamp is located in the extreme upper position, the sections of the matrix 9 are moved apart so that a cavity is formed to load the next blank. Before loading the heated billet it is necessary to move the wedge 19 to the extreme right position. Under the action of the wedge 19, the lever rotates counterclockwise and the conical plug 16 of the lower core locks the conical opening of the insert 15. When the heated billet is loaded into the die, it enters the lower core located in the plug 16, thus centering it in the brook. During the course of the slide downward, the upper core 6 falls into the upper center hole of the workpiece, and the pressure ring 2 presses on the holder 7 and moves it down. When this occurs, the sections of the matrix 9 approach each other to obtain the required shaping of the workpiece. The upper core 6 presses on the cup 3 and compresses the stack of spherical springs 4. As the slide moves upward, the sleeve 7 rises and the die sections diverge sideways by an amount sufficient to allow the forged 10 to pass into the hole in the insert 15. After the wedge 19 is moved to the outermost the left position of the lever 17 is rotated clockwise and the forging 10 falls into the hole formed. Then the cycle is repeated.
