Description
При падении давлени в кольцевом пространстве и трубопроводе 25 вследствие утечек через зазор в насосе и через сальниковые уплотнени клапаны мембранно-исполнительных механизмов возвращаютс в исходное положение до восстановлени заданного давлени .With the start of the pumping unit operation, the outboard pump 15 mounted between the base and the front boom of the pumping unit balancer is activated. The viscous oil is withdrawn from the tank 16 by the pump and injected through the pipeline 17 and the outlets 18 and 19. The valve of the diaphragm actuator 20 is open, the valve of the mechanism 21 is closed. The springs of the membrane-actuating mechanisms are adjusted so that the initial position of the valves is maintained until the pressure in the pipe 25 (and, accordingly, in the annular space) rises to a predetermined value. When a predetermined pressure is reached (this is simultaneously achieved in the working cavities of membrane-executing mechanisms connected to pipe 25 by pipes 22 and 23) and with a further slight increase in pressure in pipe 25, membrane-actuator 20 closes the valve at outlet 18 21 opens a valve at branch 19, through which viscous oil re-enters tank 16. When the pressure in the annulus and pipe 25 drops, due to leaks through the gap in the pump and through the gland The new sealing valves of the membrane-actuating mechanisms return to their original position until the set pressure is restored.
The return valve 24 is designed to reduce the pressure in case it exceeds the set point.
In the case of gas withdrawal from the annular space with the help of a suspended compressor, it serves to create an overpressure in the annular space.
Suspended compressor 26 is mounted between the base and the front shoulder of the balance of the machine - rocking.
The gas taken through the tee 27 passes through the open valve of the diaphragm actuator 20 with the valve of the diaphragm actuator 21 closed to the compensator 28 filled with viscous oil. When the compensator 28 reaches a predetermined pressure, the valve closes on line 18 and opens the valve on line 19, through which the gas flows into the production line. Gas is injected into the gas supply network until the pressure in the compensator drops below the one to which the springs of the membrane-actuating mechanisms are adjusted.
In the first period of operation of a downhole pumping unit, a high-flow buffer fluid flows through the gap of a pair of plunger-cylinder, the volume of which is chosen from such a calculation so that under specific conditions of operation of this well it would be enough for
5 term normal turnaround time. In the case of continuation of the normal operation of the well, oil begins to flow through the gap, ending at 3 of reservoir 16, but already in greater quantity, since its viscosity
0 less than viscosity of the buffer fluid.
In the case of a large pump suspension with its slight immersion under the dynamic level, the method is carried out according to the technology described above, but without a cone seat, a reset cone and a ball valve. After the pump is lowered, the internal cavity of the tubular rods 8 and the annular space between the rods and the pumping and compression pipes are filled with water to check the tightness of the pipes and rods. If both rows of pipes are sealed, the discharge line 25 is connected to the outlet 14 and the pumping unit is put into operation. During plant operation, viscous oil pumped into the annular space displaces water through the gap of the plunger-cylinder pair. After all the water has run out, the flow through the gap of the oil itself begins.
0 При осуществлении описываемого способа эксплуатации нефт ных скважин возможно использование насосов со значительными зазорами между плунжером и цилиндром (от 120 м и выше).0 When implementing the described method of operating oil wells, it is possible to use pumps with significant gaps between the plunger and the cylinder (from 120 m and above).
