This invention relates to machines for separating cereal mixtures.

A separating device is known, which includes an endless elastic band installed on the driving and driven pulleys.

However, in the known device, the separation of the mixture is carried out only on the inner surface of the tape, and a brush reflector is used to isolate the components of the mixture. This complicates the design of the device and prevents its specific performance from being increased.

With a specific increase in performance, the tape in the proposed device is made in the form of a Möbius sheet. In addition, for separating the mixture but the length of the grains, the tape is made with hats, and for separation by lateral dimensions - with through holes.

The device works as follows.

Zones A and B are mated with areas of very small curvature, which makes it possible to bypass the brush reflector. With an increase in the rotational speed of the tape, the pressing of grains in the loading zone A and their separation in the zone B will intensify without additional devices, and, in addition, in this case the specific performance of the trier will increase. In order to increase the transverse rigidity, the tape can be reinforced with metal rods, which are located but forming. The proposed device can also be used to separate the particles of a mixture according to transverse dimensions, i.e., as a sieve.
