Description
Установка по п. 1, отличающа с тем, что, с целью использовани труб различной длины, опорные планки стеллажа дл труб встроены в отдельные независимые стойки и имеют отсекатели, выполненные в виде диска с вырезом под трубу, соединенные телескопическим валом.receiver 17, 18 for pipes with a vertical axis of rotation relative to the arm. Receivers 17 and 18 are equipped with adjustable prisms 19 and 20. The lower receiver also has a stop 21 that limits the movement of the pipe down along the axis during lifting, and also the limiter in the vertical plane for pipes whose center of gravity lies outside the distance nor between the receivers 17 and 18. The arms 15 and 16 are directly, and the receivers 17 and 18 are hingedly connected to the barrel by the rods 22, 23 and 24, which form the hinged parallelograms. The ha 22 is connected to the hydraulic cylinder 25, fixed on the barrel 15, 12. The rack, located on the side of the elevator, consists of racks 26, 27. On each rack there is a support strip 28 with an in-line cutter 29 installed in it disc with a cut-out tube adjustable in height supports 30, the top 31 and the bottom 32 stops. The cutters of both racks are interconnected by a telescopic shaft 33 controlled by a handle 34. To lift the pipes on the axis of the inclined bore, the rotator 3 is lowered to the lower position on the mast 2, carriage 6, with the open upper flap of the collar 7 raised to the upper position, on the rack the strips 28 are raised on 30 supports 30, the pipes abut against the slam-shutters 29. Receivers 17 and 18 are shifted to the extreme initial position below the plane of the pipes under the slats 28 between the 35 lower stop 32 and the slam-shutter 29 by means of hydraulic cylinders 13 and 25. When turning the handle 34, the cutter 29 separates one pipe and it rolls under its own weight until it stops 32. When the hydraulic cylinder 13 is turned on, the barrel 12 40 with receivers 17 and 18 rises, the pipe falls into the prisms of the latter, and its front end under its own weight rests against the stop 21 front receiver 17. When the pipe is raised to the upper position by the 45 cylinder 13 above the open collar 7, the receiver with the pipe is turned by the hydraulic cylinder 25 on the well axis and then the hydraulic 25 by the cylinder 13 the pipe is lowered into the lower flap of the collar 7. The carriage 6 with the clamped pipe lifted mayutsya winch before the lower end of the receiver 17. The centralizer lift pipe 5 from the receiver 18 and converted to both receivers to its original position. Then the carriage with the clamped pipe is lowered into the lower position, in which the pipe is fixed with the help of the clamping chuck 4 into the rotator 3. They loosen the clamp, lower its lower flap and raise the carriage to the upper position. The elevator rolls on the pipe, which is lifted to the well axis, under the weight of the carriage, and is clamped with a yoke. The pipe is lowered onto the rack in reverse order. The only difference is that the angle of inclination of the support bars 28 is reversed by reducing the height of the supports 30. The subject invention 1. Drilling device for drilling inclined wells, for example, during freezing during the construction of subway tunnels, including base, mast, rotator , a centralizer, a carriage and a pipelayer with a rack and a traveling system, characterized in that, in order to reduce the size of the installation and improve the accuracy of drilling, the carriage is installed on the upper edge of a single-sectional mast and you The pipe is movable in a vertical plane relative to the axis of the pipe with the lower point of the pipe receiving opening located higher than the outlet line of the traveling system, and the hydraulic receivers of the parallelogram pipelayer are located on the side face of the single-shaft mast and are made in the form of handles mounted on two sides x, 2. Installation according to claim 1, characterized in that, in order to use pipes of various lengths, the support rails for pipes are embedded in separate independent racks and have fireproof formed as a disc with cut-out pipe connected telescopic shaft.
