Description

Си, В и другие (кальцит, доломит, флюорит, катлинтит, магнезит и другие). Процесс ведут при режимах, соответствующих пр мому переходу графита в алмаз (Р 120-170 кбар, Т 3000-3700°С). В зависимости от исходной зернистости и соотношени  вз тых порошков алмаза и кубического нитрида бора количество третьей фазы в полученном материале колеблетс  от 0,1 до 15 вес. %.

Поликристаллический сверхтвердый материал , содер каш.ий алмаз, кубический нитрид бора и третью фазу с участием окиси ш,елочноземельных металлов, отличаюшийс 
тем, что, с целью повышени  прочности, износостойкости и термостойкости дл  преимунхественного использовани  материала в буровом инструменте, треть  фаза состоит из ко.мплексных соединений на основе окислов ц;елочноземельных металлов, например окиси кальци  с В, Fe, А1, Сг, Ni и Си и их окислами , компоненты вз ты в следующем соотношении , вес. %:
