Description
Ni -20The invention relates to the class of inorganic materials such as cermets. Metal-ceramic material including zirconium dioxide and nickel is known. However, such materials are not sufficiently heat-resistant and have weak resistance to shock loads. The purpose of the proposed material is to increase the shock and mechanical depravity. To do this, the material additionally contains filamentous crystals of silicon carbide in the following ratio of components, vol. %: Zirconium dioxide Base Nickel-16-20 Filamentous crystals of silicon carbide 12-18 Characterization J of whisker-like crystals of silicon carbide: length of crystals 75090 O microns, diameter 0.8-3 microns, stretching 7P () - .80 K1sg / mm2 . The material is obtained as follows. Fine porosity, and neither. The cells are mixed on an alcoholic suspension with whiskers of Si C in a ratio of 70-18: 12, respectively. The resulting mixture is subjected to a hot press .. in a graphite press press on a press with induction heating. The mode of hot pressing is followed. Raise the temperature to 1300 ° C for 2O minutes, apply a pressure of 102020 kg / cm2, maintain at this. | temperature and pressure 15--2O min; zashm raise the temperature to 1550 ° C, maintained at this temperature for 15 minutes. and cooled in a mold. The properties of reinforced kerkget in comparison with ordinary cermet obtained by a similar mode of hot pressing are shown in the table. Sf Og-eo Properties of Ni-20 cermet
