Description

Предлагаемый способ укреплени  тонкостенных трубок в коллекторных досках, преимущественно радиаторов авиационных двигателей, заключаетс  в том, что концы трубок ввод тс  в кольцевые канавки, концентрично проточенные вокруг проходных отверстий коллекторной доски. Выступы последней , образованные при протачивании канавки, затем развальцовываютс  изнутри, чем и создаетс  надежное и прочное крепление, плотность которого обеспечена как при давлении внутри трубки, так и вне ее.The proposed method of reinforcing thin-walled tubes in collector boards, mainly aircraft engine radiators, is that the ends of the tubes are inserted into annular grooves concentrically machined around the through-holes of the collector board. Затем концентрично вокруг проходных отверстий 2 протачиваютс  кольцевые канавки 4, образующие кольцевые выступы 5.
