Description

Before the start of the experiment, 1,1-dichloroethane and the catalyst are loaded into the reactor, the reactor is thermostatic and the feed gas is turned on. Hydrogen chloride and vinyl chloride are fed to the mixer and then through the sparger to the bottom of the reactor. The resulting 1,1-dichloroethane resulting from the reaction is carried away from the reactor by excess hydrogen chloride and trapped in traps. Unreacted hydrogen chloride is absorbed by water in an absorption column. Scan: 1. Sensing 1, dichloroethane and the reaction solution from the reactor are analyzed by chromatography. The amount of resin in the reaction solution is determined after distilling 1,1-dichloroethane.

The results of the experiments on the hydrochlorination of vinyl chloride in the presence of aluminum chloride at different parameters of the process, reaction time, temperature and the ratio of the source gases are given in the table. In the same table for comparison, data on the hydrochlorination of vinyl chloride under the conditions of a known method are given.
