Description
(54) УСТРОЙСТВО ДЛЯ ИЗМЕРЕНИЯ РАЗНОСТИ ДАВЛЕНИЙ
на больша петл дл верхнего закрепленного конца плоской пружины 19.
Нижн часть вспомогательной плоской пружины 26 выполнена в виде петли 35, через отверстие 36 которой проход т провода от тензорезисторов, выводы которых подсоединены к контактам 37 и 38. Четыре провода, выход щие из отверсти 36 петли 35 подсоединены к штифтам 39, которые проход т через стекл нный диск 40, установленный в кольце 41, закрепленном в основании 2 с помощью гильзы 42, внутри которой расположен электрический соединитель 43.
Устройство регулировки начального положени упругого консольного элемента 20 выполнено в виде двух упоров 44, плоские концы 45 которых установлены в пазах 28 и 29 соединительной планки 27, а резьбовые концы 46 - в гайках 47, снабженных с торцов щлицами 48 под отвертку и закрепленных во втулках 49, ввернутых в основание 2. Гайки 47 снабжены ограничительными фланцами 50.
Все разъемные соединени герметизируютс с помощью уплотнительных колец.
Регулирование положени упругого консольного элемента 20 осуществл етс следующим образом.
После сборки упругий консольный элемент 20 прикрепл ют винтами 33 и 34 к основанию 2, ролик 16 устанавливают между фланцами 14 и 15 и, враща гайки 47, вставл ют плоские концы 45 упоров 44 в пазы 28 и 29 соединительной планки 27. После регулировани все вращающиес детали закрепл ют.

Устройство дл измерени разности давлений , содержащее корпус, два соединенных щтоком сильфона, кинематически св занных с консольной плоской пружиной с тензорезисторами , включенными в измерительную схему,
отличающеес тем, что, с целью повыщени точности из1 1ерений, оно снабжено дополнительной плоской пружиной, один из концов которой через соединительную планку с пазами жестко закреплен на верхнем конце первой пружины, а второй - на поперечной планке П-образной скобы, жестко закрепленной на корпусе устройства, и механизмом регулировки начального положени консольной пружины , выполненным в виде двух, закрепленных
в корпусе с возможностью осевого перемещени , упоров, плоские концы которых свободно установлены в пазах соединительной планки.
