Furnaces for procuring To the author's certificate of N. N, 1934 (referring to the issue of author’s certificates) The present construction of brick furnaces for calcining potash has the disadvantage that their masonry often tears, and through cracks form in the furnace chamber, which liquor is poured for calcining. This liquor flows from the kiln chambers through these cracks in the brickwork to the ground. In view of this, the kiln requires a private overhaul - rebuild. In order to eliminate this deficiency, the author designed a kiln, enclosed (and in a double-walled iron casing, inside the casing there is a lining made of refractory brick that comes into contact with asbestos and the iron walls of the casing filled with cold water. Thanks to this, if there are small cracks in the expansion of the brickwork and there are no cracks, Since asbestos is laid along the bottom and walls of the iron casing and the lye cannot flow out, the crack is filled with a thickened mass and the furnace can work without stopping. Water is circulated between the walls of the casing, which will be heated to 80 ° and more, and can be used to fill the ash vat, etc. In the attached drawing, it is presented as an external view of the furnace-FIG. 1 - and its cuts; FIG. 2 is a longitudinal section; FIG. 3-section horizontal (146). , Ivani Potash .5 Kondratieff, for the claim of his erv. In the drawing: a-iron tank for heating liquors; b - a small tank for strong liquors 50% We, b-brick partitions of refractory bricks, forming chimneys on the roof of the furnace; r-roof and walls of refractory bricks; (i-under of refractory bricks, which is filled with 52 Vy lye for evaporation and potash calcining. Under this line is laid on the asbestos, which is laid on the bottom and walls of the iron casing, on the walls of the asbestos furnace chamber The article is laid to a height before the end of the furnace roof (asbestos is not shown in the drawing, but it is necessary for isolating the iron casing); e-space for circulating cold water in the bottom of the casing; and in its walls; well-plumbing pipe for cold water supply ; 3-pipe for removal of hot water. The inflow of cold water from the pipe can be regulated by means of a faucet so that it is heated to the desired temperature in the furnace body. The subject matter of the invention. A furnace for roasting potash, which is provided with a water cooled metal double-skinned casing. to the authorship certificate of N. N, Lo 46907 Kondratieff
