В насто щее врем ремонт столбов и установка арок в мартеновских печах производитс при остановке, работы печи на довольно продолжительное врем , как например, 3-4 часа,, следствием чего вл ютс большие потери в выпуске металла и расходе заправочных материалов. Самый же ремонт производитс при довольно высокой температуре с порчей одежды рабочих, а даже и с ожогами последних. Дл ускорени ремонта мартеновских печей без остановки работы печи, а следовательно, без потери- металла и заправочных материалов предлагаетс двустенна коробка , открыта с одной стороны и снабженна рабочими окнами; дл возможности работать внутри коробки последн охлаждаетс изнутри водой, а с открытой стороны-воздухом.At the present time, the repair of pillars and the installation of arches in open-hearth furnaces is carried out at a standstill, the operation of the furnace for quite a long time, such as 3-4 hours, resulting in large losses in metal production and the consumption of filling materials.
