Description
The invention relates to the manufacturing of heap insulating products. A known method of manufacturing heat insulating products is by preparing a foamed binder solution, mixing it with mineral fiber, such as glass wool, molding, billetting, and heat treatment. The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength of products. This is achieved by the fact that before mixing the binder solution with a mineral fiber, the first one is pre-mixed with a filler, for example fine sand. In addition, before heat treatment, the binder solution is removed from the preform to a residual moisture content of 70–120%. The binder solution is injected with a chemical (1X) or physical effect, after which a filler is introduced into it, for example, marshallsht, ground sand or improvised 1 D1 lac and mixed until a homogeneous solution is obtained. Then mineral or glass wool is introduced into the resulting solution and further mixed until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Products are molded from the mass, the excess of the binder solution is evacuated to a residual moisture content of 10–12 O%, and the product is heat-treated to dry and solidify the bond. Synthetic resins or mineral binder, for example clay, can be used as a binder. The binder solution is foamed by known methods, for example by means of foaming or blowing agents. When introduced into the foamed binder filler solution, it is located on the foam cells. When the binder is cured as a result of heat treatment, the filler, which is deposited on the surface of the solution cells, gives them increased strength and is absorbent; thus, the strength of the products. The smaller the frakhsh filler, the less its consumption and higher strength than the others. Therefore, for the manufacture of a helmet, it is necessary to use a driver,
5-10%.the balance of which on the sieve with 490O holes per cm does not exceed 5-10%.
The proposed method makes it possible to manufacture articles of mineral or glass wool with a bulk weight of 150-ZOO
3 kg / m and strength at 1% compression
о от 1,О до 5,0 кг/см ,about from 1, O to 5.0 kg / cm,
The invention may be widely used in the manufacture of hard mineral wool products.
