The invention relates to the field of producing complex suspended fertilizers.
Various methods are known for producing complex N-P-K suspended fertilizers based on urea, ammonium phosphate and potassium salts. As a suspending agent, activated sludge or sulphite liquors are used, as well as bentonite or attapulgite, alone or in a mixture.
Известен также способ получени сложных суспендированных удобрений на основе мочевины , фосфата аммони и солей щелочного металла в виде сульфатов, хлоридов и нитратов путем их интенсивного смещени с последующим добавлением к полученной смеси воды и суспендирующих добавок в виде органических кислот алифатического р да Ci-Сб с получением тиксохропного гел .There is also known a method for producing complex suspended fertilizers based on urea, ammonium phosphate, and alkali metal salts in the form of sulfates, chlorides, and nitrates by intensively displacing them, followed by adding to the resulting mixture water and suspending agents in the form of an aliphatic Ci-Sat organic acid to produce thixochropic gel.
Недостатками известного способа вл ютс необходимость применени дифицитных калийных солей, уэкий температурный интервал приготовлени суспензии и специфичность количественного состава смеси питательных солей , что приводит, в случае нарущеии , к ухудщению физических показателей суспензии .The disadvantages of this method are the need to use deficient potassium salts, the high temperature range of suspension preparation and the specificity of the quantitative composition of the mixture of nutrient salts, which, in case of violation, leads to deterioration of the physical indicators of the suspension.
According to the proposed method, potassium hypophosphite is used as the alkali metal salt, which is shifted with sodium or ammonium hypophosphite, followed by saturation with the resulting mixture of an aqueous solution of the suspending agent.
It is advisable to use potassium, sodium or ammonium hypophosphite in a mixture with potassium metaphosphate.
Such an embodiment of the method makes it possible to bring the amount of nutrient salts in the fertilizer above 60% and to extend the range of nutrient salts. So in the obtained N-P-K suspended suspended fertilizer, the amount of nutrients reaches more than 60%, with all other equal quality indicators of the suspension and using any (organic or inorganic) additives without
