Description
This invention relates to the improvement of the quality of tuk and can be used in the production of granulated potassium chloride. The purpose of the invention is to obtain neslyavik tsikhs potash fertilizers and the expansion of the base. The composition is prepared as follows. They take 10-20 ma.ch. ammonium salts and 20-40 ma.ch. carbamide and dissolved with stirring in water with a temperature of 80-100 ° C. At a temperature of less than 80 ° C, the solution cools rapidly and the salts crystallize. The prepared composition is uniformly fed to the layer of granulated potassium chloride heated to 80-120 ° C with stirring the product. The effectiveness of the composition is assessed by the content of residual moisture, the moisture resistance of the granules (the relative decrease in strength at wetting) and the caking of the treated product. The residual moisture content is determined by the weight method, the strength of dry and wet granules - according to GOST 21560.3-83, caking - by the method of sample breaking. Variants of the composition, residual moisture, moisture resistance and caking of the granulated potassium hydroxide treated with it are given in the table. With a decrease in the ammonium salt content in the composition below 10%, and urea below 20%, there is no noticeable increase in the moisture resistance of the KC1 granules and a decrease in caking of potassium chloride due to an insufficient amount, and the increase in the ammonium salts above 20% and carbamide above 40% does not result additional efficiency of the composition and economically unprofitable. The ratio of components in the proposed composition provides the possibility of obtaining moisture-resistant and non-caking potash fertilizers, the use of known compositions of the composition does not ensure the achievement of this effect. The proposed composition significantly improves the transport and technological performance of granulated potassium chloride, which ultimately reduces the costs for loading and unloading and fertilizing the soil. Treatment of potassium chloride with the proposed composition allows 5-6 times less caking and non-caking fertilizers (granulated KC1 is considered to be non-caking, if it does not exceed 20-25 kPa.), Expand the raw material base, and produce products almost without residual humidity.
