Description

(54) METHOD OF PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT

Изобретение относитс  к способам упрочн ющей обработки высокопрочных конструкционных сталей, в частности к изготовлению деталей, работающих па циклическое кручение .The invention relates to methods for the strengthening treatment of high-strength structural steels, in particular, to the manufacture of parts operating in cyclic torsion.

There is a method of hardening products, including thermomechanical processing and surface work hardening.

However, this method cannot provide sufficiently high values of the proportional to the proportion of the material, which is an important characteristic of elastic elements.

The aim of the invention is to increase the elastic and fatigue properties of the products.

This is achieved by the fact that before the superficial work hardening, the vitus is produced: totem: Juratu-r (nose aging.

The described method of strengthening is carried out according to the following technological kemme: thermomechanical treatment by any known method (low temperature, high temperature or thermomechanical surface treatment); artificial aging of martensite at 100–200 ° C; finishing machining using fine polishing; surface hardening by any known method (rolling with rollers,} 1klep shot, volume hinge); artificial strain aging of the material at 100-200 ° C.

The method of strengthening was tested on steel 45HNMFA. Steel was subjected to VTMO operation with torsion deformation at 870–880 ° C, tempering for two hours at 100–200 ° C, surface work-hardening (one batch was run-in with rollers, another - zanevolivapiya), for two-hour aging at 200 ° C.

The proportionality limit was determined by the standard method for torsion of samples. Fatigue tests were carried out on machines with cyclic torsion with a symmetric cycle Pagruzhe1P1. In all cases

использовали образцы диаметром рабочей части 6 мм.used samples with a diameter of 6 mm.

On the samples, hardened by the well-known method, the proportional proportionality limit was 140 kg1 mm, and the fatigue limit under spheric loading on the base of the test was 10 cycles 115 kgm.h. Tests of specimens strengthened by the described method showed the level of proportionality

158 kg1mm, and the fatigue limit is 125 kg / mm.

Subject and reference

A method of strengthening products, including thermomechanical treatment and surface hardening, characterized in that, in order to improve the elastic and fatigue properties, low-temperature aging is performed before and after the surface hardening.
