The known method of sewage treatment of fish-canning plants by flotation of the general flow and biological treatment with active sludge. However, this method does not solve the problem of utilization of by-products and nutrients.
The aim of the invention is a more complete release of nutrients and organic compounds.
This is achieved in that the flotation is carried out separately for the fat-containing and fat-protein-containing drains. The products obtained after flotation are mixed with technological waste of fat and with concentrated activated sludge and the mixture is subjected to homogenization and pasteurization. Pasteurization and homogenization are carried out at 75-85 ° C for 20-25 minutes, and biological treatment is carried out with a load of 2-5 g BOPb / g of activated sludge and the concentration of the latter is carried out by separation.
The drawing shows the flow chart of the proposed method.
The scheme has the following notation: 1 - the main technological cycle of fish processing; 2 - warm greasy drainage from washing empty cans and pasteurizing cans; 3 - fat from the smokehouse and from frying fish; 4 - waste water from defrosting and processing fish; 5 - flotation of fat-containing drains; 6 - collection and averaging of fat and protein mixtures; 7 - flotation of wastewater from fish processing; 8 - biological treatment of process effluent 9 with a high load on activated sludge; 10 - floatable fat; 11 - floatable mixture of fat and proteins of organic compounds; 12 - activated sludge biological treatment of technological waste; 13 - activated sludge separation; 14 - activated sludge concentrate; 15 - separate activated sludge back to biological treatment 8; 16 - a mixture of fats and organic compounds; 17 — homogenizing and pasteurizing a fat concentrate, organic protein compounds, and activated sludge; 18 - secondary feed concentrate in animal husbandry; 19 - process heat water for reuse; 20 - drains for joint cleaning with household drains; 21-joint biological treatment of process and domestic waste water.
From the processing cycle 1 of fish processing, a warm fatty drain 2 is removed from washing empty cans and pasteurizing canned food, which is floated together to separate fat 10 and process water 19. 3 from a smokehouse and frying fish direct an average of 6 fats. Technological runoff 4 from the fish defrosting and processing shops is floated separately. Mixture of cyr and protein 11 from flotation 7 is directed to averaging 6, and runoff 9 from flotation is diverted to biological treatment 8 with a high load on activated sludge, from where activated sludge 12 is constantly separated and concentrated by separation 13. Activated sludge concentrate 14 sent to the homogenization and pasteurization 17, the separated activated sludge 15 is retracted for biological treatment 8. The effluent from the biological treatment 8 process water is discharged for joint cleaning 21 with household waste water. Technological heat water 19 is reused for cleaning floors and equipment, the resulting concentrate 18 is used in animal husbandry as protein feed.
