費と処理経費とが多額となっても発酵堆肥化処理により
製造される有機肥料の価格が低い為、採算性に欠ける欠
点があった。

に対し兎角の問題を生ずることなく有効に使用出来る様
にすると共に糞、有機汚泥を経済的に有機肥料化せんが
為、糞、尿、有機汚泥及び汚水等を固形状の糞、有機汚
泥等と液状の尿、汚水とに分離し、固形状の糞又は有機
汚泥等は発酵堆肥化処理槽に送って堆肥化処理を施し、
尿及び汚水は光合成細菌培養槽に直接送って細菌の培養
を計り、この間発酵堆肥化処理槽に於て発生する高温の
悪臭ガスの供給を受けて細菌の培養を助長させると共に
悪臭を除去しながら沈澱物は発酵堆肥化処理槽に供給し
尿、汚水は限外ろ過装置へ送ってろ過して更に逆浸透圧
装置に送ってろ過することにより、放水可能或いは浄化
水として利用可能に処理すると共に限外ろ過装置及び逆
浸透圧装置によりろ過分離された混濁液は上記発酵堆肥
化処理槽内の糞、有機汚泥等に散布又は投入される様に
したものである。

上記悪臭ガスの悪臭も除去されるものである。

有機汚泥と共に有機肥料(11)化するものである。

に於て浄化した後、限外ろ過装置によりろ過してから更
に逆浸透圧装置によりろ過するものであるから、生産さ
れた処理水は洗浄水として有効に利用することも又、公
害に対し何等問題を生ずることなく放流することも出来
るものである。又、光合成細菌培養槽に移送した尿、汚
水中に発酵堆肥化処理槽に於て60℃〜80℃の温度を有す
る好気性発酵処理物から発生する高温の悪臭ガスを供給
する様にしたから、光合成細菌培養槽中の尿、汚水は加
温される為、25℃〜35℃前後で最も良好に増殖する光合
成細菌にとって望ましい環境となるので常時、尿、汚水
を効率良く浄化することが出来ると共に悪臭ガスの悪臭
も光合成細菌培養槽内に於て発生する泡の中へ供給され
ることにより除去されるものである。

積、処理施設も縮小され、且つ好気性発酵堆肥化処理機
能を持続させる為の水分調整材も必要としないので、短
期間で安定した有機肥料を生成させることが可能となる
から従来の様に大量の希釈水を使用することなく又、公
害に対し兎角の問題を生ずることなく小さい設備規模で
経済的に糞、尿、有機汚泥及び汚水等の処理を行うこと
が出来るから当業界に大きな貢献を為し得るものであ
る。

或いは洗浄水として利用可能な処理水に処理すると共に
限外ろ過装置及び逆浸透圧装置により夫々分離した濃縮
液を上記発酵堆肥化処理槽内に於て処理する糞、有機汚
泥等に散布又は投入する様にした糞、尿、有機汚泥及び
汚水等の処理方法。
