(54) УСТРОЙСТВО ДЛЯ СРЕЗАНИЯ ИЗЛИШКА СМЕСИ(54) DEVICE FOR CUTTING THE MIXTURE EXCLUSION
Изобретение относитс к области литей- ного производства и может быть использовано при срезании излишка смеси с полуформ , расположенных на поворотном столе формовочной машины. Известные устройства алц срезани излишка смеси, содержащие поворотную рамку , на которой установлены скребки,неприменимы дл формовочных машин, имеющих поворотный стол, так как срезанный избыток смеси с одной полуформы попадает на ближайшую полуформу. Предлагаемое устройство дл срезани излишка смеси отличаетс от известного тем, что его рамка установлена на вертика ном валу, параллельном валу поворотного стола, причем оба вала К1шематически св заны между собой, а скребок выполнен дугообразным и снабжен сменной рейкой. На фиг. 1 изображены описываемое устройство и часть поворотното стола формовочной машины, разрез; на фиг. 2 - разрез по А-А на фиг. 1. Устройство состоит из скребка 1, выполненного дутообразным и установленного на поворотной рамке 2, соединенной посредством втулки 3 с вертикальным валом 4, установленным параллельно валу 5 поворотного стола 6. Скребок 1 имеет сменную рейку 7. Валы 4 и 5 кинематически св заны между собой, например 1фи помощи набора шестерен 8 и 9. На рамке 2 может быть установлено несколько скребков 1. На валу 4 закреплены нaпoJшитeльныe рамки 10, имеющие возможность подниматьс и опускатьс . После установлени опоки 1.1 на модельной оснастке 12 они заполн ютс формовочной смесью 13 и последн прессуетс . Формовочна смесь 13 после прессовани превышает верхнюю кромку 1 4 опоки 11 на величины а и б. Величина б определ ет рассто ние между рейкой 7 и верхней кромкой 14 опоки. Полуформа перемещаетс поворотным столом 6 по направлению стрелки 15. The device consists of a scraper 1, which is made duto-shaped and mounted on a pivoting frame 2 connected via a sleeve 3 to a vertical shaft 4 mounted parallel to the shaft 5 of the turntable 6. The scraper 1 has a replaceable rail 7. The shafts 4 and 5 are kinematically connected for example, a set of gears 8 and 9 can be used. On the frame 2, several scrapers 1 can be mounted.
