Strain gage force sensors are known that contain an elastic element in the form of a cylinder with a hole located perpendicular to the axis of the elastic element in which the strain gages are located. These sensors have a limited measuring range. In the proposed sensor, on the end surfaces of the elastic element there are concentric annular protrusions centered on the axis of the elastic element according to the number of measurement subranges, and the average diameters of the annular protrusions are selected within 0.3-2.5 diameters of the hole in the elastic element, and the height of the elastic element is em 1.2-5 diameters of the same hole. This expands the measurement range. FIG. 1 shows the elastic element of the date, the section along its plane of symmetry; in fig. 2 - the same, top view. The sensor contains an elastic element 1, strain gages 2, 3, 4 and 5 placed in hole 6, concentric annular protrusions 7, 8, 9, made at the ends of the elastic element 1 and perceiving the measured force R. The sensor works in a better way. Under the action of the force P, compressive stresses appear in the body of the elastic element 1. Around the hole 6, a stress concentration occurs and, as a result, the voltage is distributed around the periphery of the hole so that at points lying on a horizontal diameter, the compressive stress is about three times higher than the average compressive stress in the body of the elastic element, and at points lying on the vertical diameter, tensile stresses appear, approximately equal in absolute value to the average stress in the body of the elastic element. In accordance with this, the resistance strain gages 3 and 5 are compressed, the tensors are 2 and 4 extenders. Strain gages 2, 3, 4, and 5 are included on the shoulders of a bridge measurement circuit (not shown), from which the sensor signal is taken. When force is transmitted through an annular protrusion 7, the voltage in the body of the elastic element and, consequently, the sensor sensitivity becomes greater than when force is transmitted through the annular protrusion 8, since the area covered by the annular protrusion 7 is smaller than the area covered by the annular protrusion 8. This allows using the protrusion 7 to measure smaller forces than when using the protrusion 8. Similarly, when transmitting the force through the protrusion 9, the sensor sensitivity is less) than when transmitting the force through the protrusion 8, and therefore the sensor can It is used to measure large loads. The sensor output is the same in all these cases. The optimal ratios between the height of the sensor, the diameter of the aperture and the diameter of the annular projections were experimentally established, at which the effect of the dependence of sensitivity on the diameter of the annular protrusions is maximum. The average diameter of the annular protrusions is in the diameter of 0.3–2.5 of the hole in which the strain gauges are located, and the height of the pivot element is 1.2–5 diameters of the same hole. Invention The strain gauge force sensor containing an elastic element in the form of a cylinder with strain gauges glued to the surface of the hole located perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the elastic element, characterized in that, with 1% expansion of the measurement range, in it on the end surfaces of the elastic element are concentric These are the annular protrusions centered on the axis of the elastic element according to the number of measurement subranges, with the average diameters of the annular protrusions being selected within the range of 0.3-2.5 holes in the elastic element, and the height of the elastic element being 1.2-5 diameters of the same hole.
