Description

Изобретение относитс  к добыче угл  подземным способом с помощью механизированных крепей. Известны устройства дл  перекрыти  межсекционных зазоров в шахтной механизированной крепи, состо щие из размещенных по обеим сторонам перекрытий секций крепи и соединенных между собой выдвижных кожухов с толкател ми. Предлагаемое устройство отличаетс  от известных тем, что каждый выдвижной кожух снабжен рычагами, одни из которых соединены между собой направл ющей, а другой выполнен с ползуном, взаимодействующим с направл ющей соседнего кожуха. На фиг. 1 изображена группа секций, вид в плане; на фиг. 2 - перекрытие секций с предлагаемым устройством; на фиг. 3 - группа секций, поперечный разрез. На перекрыти х 1 каждой секции крепи установлены с двух сторон выдвижные кожухи 2 с толкател ми 3. На выдвижных кожухах 2 шарнирно установлены рычаги 4 и 5. К рычагам 4 шарнирно подвешена направл юща  6, на которой установлен ползун 7. Последний крепитс  шарнирно к рычагу 5 болтом 8 и гайкой 9. При разгрузке одной из секций перекрытие 1 с выдвижными кожухами 2 опускаетс , рычаги 4 и 5 поднимаютс , при этом выдвижные кожухи 2 соседних секций соединены между собой. При передвижении перекрыти  с выдвижными кожухами 2 ползун 7 перез1ещаетс  по направл ющей 6, при этом выдвижные кожухи 2 соседних секций плотно сжаты межа,у собой и не допускают просыпани  породы в зазоры. Перемещение св занных выдвижных кожухов 2 относительно перекрыти  1 возможно в пределах хода толкател  3 и качани  рычагов 4 и 5 Б другой плоскости. Плотность прижати  выдвижных кожухов 2 между собой регулируетс  болтом 8 и гайкой 9. Levers 4 and 5 are hingedly mounted on sliding covers 2 Levers 4 are hingedly suspended by a guide 6, on which the slider 7 is mounted. The latter is attached hingely to the lever 5 by a bolt 8 and a nut 9. When unloading one of the sections, the overlap 1 with the sliding covers 2 is lowered, the levers 4 and 5 are raised, while the sliding covers 2 of the adjacent sections are interconnected. When moving overlapping with retractable covers 2, the slider 7 is re-positioned along guide 6, while the retractable covers 2 of the adjacent sections are tightly compressed between each other and do not allow the rock to spill into the gaps. The movement of the associated retractable covers 2 relative to the overlap 1 is possible within the limits of the stroke of the pusher 3 and the swing of the levers 4 and 5B of the other plane. The tightness of pressing the retractable covers 2 between them is regulated by a bolt 8 and a nut 9. When the base is pressed into the soil, the overlap 1 is supported by means of levers 4 and 5, the guide 6 and the slider 7 on the adjacent sections, raises the base and moves.
