Description

This invention relates to the processing of lean phosphorus sludges produced in the production of elemental phosphorus. A known method of processing poor sludge obtained after sewage treatment by oxidation of elemental forfor to phosphate ions with chlorine water for 2 hours at 55 ° C. Under these conditions, 30-32JJ elec. Mental phosphorus contained in the sludge. The purpose of the invention is to increase the oxidation rate of forfor. This is achieved by the fact that the sludge is treated with hydrogen peroxide, taken in the ratio of phosphorus: hydrogen peroxide 1: 4, and the treatment lasts about 30 minutes at 100-150 C. In the implementation of the proposed method, it is possible by melting elemental phosphorus. c in the sludge at I00-150 ° C, and its oxidation with hydrogen peroxide with vigorous stirring, transfer into phosphate-lone 90-99.7Jg of phosphorus. Example. 500 ml of slurry suspension containing 1.33 g / l Rl is treated with hydrogen peroxide solution with vigorous stir-g. for 30 minutes at 120 ° C. Under these conditions, the degree of phosphorus oxidation is 90.0-99.7. EXHAUST PREPARATION of poor phosphorus dyes by oxidation of elemental phosphorus to phosphate ions, characterized in that, in order to increase the degree of oxidation of phosphorus, hydrogen peroxide, taken in the ratio of phosphorus: hydrogen peroxide on the order of 1: 4, is used as the oxidizing agent, and the treatment is carried out for approximately 30 W1H at 00-150 ° C.
