Description
Изобретение относитс к медицинской технике, а именно к протезированию и щзотезостроению. Известны рабочие протезы, содер жащие шарнирно соединенные гильзы плеча и. предплечь , шины с винтол5, а также прешик инструментов. Однако известные протезы не осу ществл ют круговые движени диета льной частью протезированной конечности , С целью осуществлени дистальной частью протезированной конечности круговых движений в предлагаемом рабочем протезе плеча установлены приводна дуга, рычаг и т ги креплени с ро. иками, гибкими щнурами и по сным ремнем, прргче приводна дуга жестко соединена с втулкой локтевого шарнира и выполнена поворотной на винте шины, шнуры жестко закреплены на приводной дуге и по сном ремне, а в локтевом шарнире установлена пружинаразгибатель , закрепленна на приIводной дуге и рычаге, соединенном трубчатой гильзой предплечь поредством хомута. На чертеже представлен предлагаемый рабочий протез плеча, одетый на инвалида с культей плеча, общий вид. Рабочий протез плеча содержит кожаную гильзу I плеча, котора посредством шин 2 и полуколец 3 и 4 |ж ксируетс на культе и плечевом узле пораженной конечности, локтевой шарн1ф 5 с втулкой 6, пружинойразгибателем 7, шину 8 с винтом 9, трубчатую гильзу 10 предплечь с приемником II инструментов, приводную дугу 12, рычаг 13, т ги-креплени 14, 15, 16 с роликами 17 и 18, гибкими шнурами 19 и 20 и по сным ремнем 21, дага жестко соединена с втулкой 6 локтевого шарнир а и выполнена поворотной на винте 9 шины 8, шнуры 19 и 20 жестко закреплены на привод ной дуге 12 и по сном ремне 21, а пружина-разгибатель 7 закрплена наThe invention relates to medical technology, namely to prosthetics and bezostroeno.
