Ниже ириводитс методика получени 8-азапурИ1Н-6-о;иовы.к производных ио предлагаемому способу, а также методика получени исходных 2,5-диамПНопиримндонов-6. Пример 1. Раствор 50 мл концентрирова .нной сол ной кислоты в 50 мл воды перемешивают при 0°С и обрабатывают 1,5 г нитрита натри . Полученный раствор перемешивают при 0°С и обрабатывают 2,54 г 4,5-диамино-2- (2-метоксифеиил)-пиримидоиа-6 в течение 30 мин; затем добавл ют еще 1,5 г нитрита натри ; после некоторой выдержки перемешиваема смесь нагреваетс до комнатной температуры; осадок отфильтровы вают, промывают водой и раствор ют в разбавленном водном растворе . Этот раствор профильтровывают к довод т до рН 6 лед ной уксусной кислотой. Осадок отфильтровывают , хорошо промывают водой, отсасывают досуха и перекристаллизовывают из мета«ола . Получают 1,9 г 8-аза-2-(2-метоксифенил)-пурин-6-она с т. ил. 239°С (разложение). Дальнейшую очистку ведут перекристаллизацией из пиридина, промывкой разбавленной сол ной кислотой и водой; нОЛучают 8-аза-2-(2-метокоифенил)-пурин-6-сн с т. пл. 254-255°С (разложение). Пример 2. 200 мг получеилого ио примеру 1 8-аза-2-(2-метоксифеиил)-пурин-6-она раствор ют в 4 мл 2н. водного раствора едкого натра; перемешиваемый раствор обрабатывают по каплЯМ лед ной уксусной кислотой. При рН выше 11 выпадает кремовый осадок, его отфильтровывают, перекристаллизовывают из смеси этанола и диэтилового эфира и сушат на воздухе в течение «очи. Получают 100мг натриевой со.ли 8-аза-2-(2-метО КСифепил )-пури1и-6-оиа в виде кристаллического гидрата; каждый моль соли св зан с 2,4 мол ми воды; плавитс с разложением при 50-250°С. Пример 3. 0,33 г 85%-ного раствора едкого кали в 13 мл сухого метанола добавл ют к гор чему раствору 0,7 г холинхлорида в 36 мл изопрапанола. Смесь охлаждают до 0°С, хлористый калий отфильтровывают в промывают изопропаноло (2X3 мл). Пример 4. 2,4 г 8-аза-2- (2-метокеифеил )-пурин-6-О:На кип т т с обратным холоильником в течение 5 мин с раствором 0,23 г еталлического натри в 25 мл безводного танола и охлаждают. Добавл ют 75 мл безодного диэтилового эфира, осадок отфильтовьшают и перекристаллизовывают из смеи безводного этанола и безводного диэтилоого эфира. Пример 5. 237 г смеси 8-аза-2-(2-метоксифе .иил)-11урин-6-о;1а, 400 мл триэтаноламипа и 3 л бозвоД1 1ого этг.иол;- цагрсвают с обрахнЫМ холодильником в течение 1 часа Раетвор фильтруют и оставл ют при на 2 часа.
