Изобретение относитс к устройствам дл абразивной очистки нодводной части корпуса судиа от обрастаний, ржавчины и старой краски .The invention relates to devices for abrasive cleaning of the base part of the hull of the vessel from fouling, rust and old paint.
The known devices for cleaning the underwater part of the hull of the vessel on the base of the pipeline; at pipelines with nozzles for nodachi to the surface of the abrasive material.
Кроме того, рабочие органы устройств - шланги, сопла, насосы подвержены быстрому абразивному износу .Such devices do not provide high cleaning performance, since the surface treatment of the housing is carried out sequentially in small sections. In addition, the working bodies of the devices - hoses, nozzles, pumps are subject to rapid abrasive wear.
The aim of the invention is to increase the productivity of cleaning and reduce the wear of the working parts of the device.
This is achieved by the fact that part of the nozzles are vertically mounted on the bottom of the dock and placed in funnel-shaped depressions filled with abrasive material, and the other part of the nozzles are horizontally mounted on vertical rotary collectors placed along the steppe dock. In this case, drain windows are made in the walls of the dock to remove excess water and cleaning products.
In addition, in order to regenerate the abrasive material by passing air bubbles through it, carrying to the surface
мелкие частицы продуктов очнсткп, удал еМ )1Х затем через сливные окна, трубопроводы посредством переключающих вептилей соединены с источником сжатого воздуха.the fine particles of the products OCNST, removed EM) 1X and then through the drain window, the pipelines are connected to a source of compressed air through switching creepers.
FIG. 1 shows the proposed device, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 - the same device, top view; in fig. 3 shows the elements of the lateral and bottom reservoirs. In the sole of the dock 1 device is located
Вcollectors 2 with nozzles 3 vertically upright and facing the surface in the bottom of a four-sided prismatic recess 4 filled with abrasive 5. Sand, small pebbles, p; ebenka, metal shot, broken glass, etc. can be used as an abrasive, dimensions must be at least 0.5 mm. The lateral walls of the dock are mounted vertical collectors 6, equipped with horizontal nozzles 7. The collectors 6 are connected to the distribution pipeline 8, while it is possible to rotate the collector around its axis by handles 9 and fix it in the desired position. AT
The walls are filled with drain windows 10 for the discharge of excess water.
Compressed air can be supplied to pipeline 8 and manifold 2 by means of valves 11 and 12.
The operation of the device is as follows.
10.The sole of dock 1 is covered with abrasive 5. The dock is filled with water and the vessel is introduced through the gate into the dock and fixed. Pressurized water is injected into the collectors 2 and 6 and fed to the dock through nozzles 3 and 7 under pressure. Water jets from the nozzles tell abrasive parts of the directional movement at any angle to the surface of the ship's hull due to the rotation of the collectors 6. At the same time, the flow of abrasive can be directed either perpendicularly to the hull of the ship, in this case particles of abrasive repel corrosion products, and at an angle or along the hull of the vessel, in this case, the abrasive produces cleaning parapany. By changing the kinetic energy of the particles by changing the speed of the water jets, you can adjust the cleaning process depending on the state of the surface being cleaned. The abrasive particles deposited on the sole of the dock roll down along the facets of the prisms 4 to the nozzles 3, where they are again picked up by a stream of water. The excess water and corrosion products are discharged through the drain ports 10.
10.To regenerate the abrasive 5, compressed air is supplied to the nozzles 3 by means of valves 11 and 12, which captures and lifts small particles of cleaning products onto the surface of the water, where they are removed from the dock through the drain holes 10 by a stream of flowing water.
Благодар тому, что рабочие органы не вступают в непосредственный контакт с абразивом , абразивный износ их практически исключен .Due to the fact that the working bodies do not come into direct contact with the abrasive, their abrasive wear is practically excluded.
