Description

As is well known, the process of pumping gas guns consists in removing extraneous gases from the balloon and injecting purified mercury into it.

The built gases in the gas turbine are both in the common space inside the cylinder and inside its walls and internal fittings. Gases adsorbed and absorbed by walls and fittings are released by heating at a relatively high temperature created in some way or another.

Gas pumping is usually performed on a vacuum unit, in its fundamental form shown in FIG. 1 drawing; FIG. Figure 2 shows schematically an installation for carrying out the proposed pumping method.

The installation of FIG. 1 consists of a glass comb, to which, on the one hand, pumped gas tubes 2 and, on the other hand, special pipelines 3, terminated by cylinders 4, in which mercury is poured; A comb is attached to the pump.

Прежде всего газотроны про ()Pumping is done as follows. First of all gazotrony about ()

4.they are heated in a furnace under the pump, then the cathodes connected in parallel are heated by electric current; Following this operation, the internal reinforcement is calcined in an electric high-frequency furnace, after which the mercury is distilled into the cylinder of each gas turbine by heating the cylinders 4 with a torch.

Next, the training is performed by passing anode current through the gas motors.

This method of pumping has a number of significant drawbacks.

It turns out to be completely unsuitable for gas turbines having a stem in the leg, since mercury condenses during distillation in the leg, clogs the narrow opening in the place of the spa with the leg, which practically stops pumping gas from the lamp. It is not possible to remove this mercury.

The vacuum unit used in this pumping method, due to the presence of distillation systems, becomes very cumbersome already with a relatively small (usually six) number of pumped gas cartridges.

Further, the labor productivity of the worker is insufficient. Wol
